Part of our core values is being very keen to detail in order to really achieve our client's expectations. With that in our table, our team is very dedicated to seeking our client's mandatories and requirements through a meeting. In our meeting, collateral like material boards with different concepts and inspirations, swatches of laminates, paints, glass and all the necessities are brought so that our client can have a visual of what we can put together to really achieve the design that they have in mind.
After having an agreement with our client, a scheduled measurement is done on our client's site. To give you an idea, we always make sure that from the ceiling height, dimensions of beams and columns all the way to the entire wall of column to column or wall to wall, measurements are gathered. Our team makes sure to get the measurement of all areas and the necessary dimensions of the placement of switches and outlets as well to perfect the modules to be done for our client.
Once we have all the dimensions needed, we can begin with creating a quotation for a specific item which will be based on the dimensions of the client's area. We also sometimes create a drawing of what our client can expect to see. Now, in our quotation, the necessary details like the finish of each item is indicated along with the board. We made our proposal in a detailed way so that our clients can try to visualize what our offer is for them.
Our production area is filled with skilled men and they all have different jobs to do from painting to creating a cabinet. After having an approved proposal and detailed drawing by client, our head designer will be creating an instruction-like and a number of materials to buy in order to create our client's product. After completing all the materials, a folder that contains drawings are then given to our workers to begin the fabrication.
It is important for a company to always be punctual thus our goal for our delivery and installation days are followed. After having an estimated number of days for fabrication, specific day(s) are then given to our client for installation. Prior to the installation date, our supervisors in production will assign who the installers are depending on which project and what requirement it has in order to flawlessly install the fabricated items
